1. Overview
ZX Force Soft ("we", "our", "us") develops Android applications, including Phone Space Cleaner, Space Antivirus & Security, Real Car Driving, Gems Clac for Clashers, and other applications that we may publish in the future.
This Privacy Policy applies generally to applications published by ZX Force Soft and to zxforcesoft.com (the "Site"). Because our applications provide different features, the specific information handled by an application may vary. An application will only access or process information that is necessary for its features, permissions, services, or third-party SDKs used by that application.

2. Information We Collect and Process
The information handled by our applications depends on the particular application and the features you use. Depending on the application, this may include:
- Device and technical information: device model, Android version, language, application version, network-related information, storage and memory information, technical identifiers, and other information needed to operate, secure, or diagnose an application.
- Application and usage information: information about interactions with application features or technical events, where that information is transmitted off the device.
- Advertising identifiers: the Google Advertising ID and related information where an application displays advertising through Google AdMob.
- Support communications: information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, such as your email address, application name, device information, and the contents of your support request.
- Purchase information: where an application uses Google Play Billing, Google Play may process information necessary to complete a purchase or subscription. ZX Force Soft does not receive your payment card details.
Not every application collects every category listed above. The Google Play Data Safety information for each application describes the applicable data practices for that application.
3. Information Processed Locally on Your Device
Several ZX Force Soft applications provide features that require access to information stored on your Android device. Examples may include device storage analysis, junk-file or cache analysis, installed-application analysis, antivirus or security scanning, device optimization, application management, file-management features, and other device-management functions.
Where information is processed entirely on your device and is not transmitted off the device, ZX Force Soft does not receive that information.
For example, Space Antivirus & Security may analyze applications and device information locally to provide security and application-analysis functionality.
4. Android Permissions
Our applications request Android permissions only when they are necessary for particular features. Depending on the application, permissions may include:

The exact permissions requested by each application may differ. If you deny a permission, the related feature may not be available.
5. Analytics and Diagnostics
ZX Force Soft does not use one universal analytics or diagnostics system across all applications. The use of analytics or diagnostic services depends on the individual application and its current version.
Space Antivirus & Security currently does not use Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Crashlytics.
If another ZX Force Soft application uses an analytics or diagnostic service, the applicable data practices will be reflected in that application's Google Play disclosures. Any information transmitted off the device for analytics or diagnostics is handled only for the purposes applicable to that service and application.
6. Advertising & Google AdMob
Some ZX Force Soft applications are supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Where an application contains advertising, Google AdMob may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, advertising interactions, and information needed to deliver and measure advertisements.
Advertising practices may vary depending on your location, device settings, available advertising inventory, and applicable consent choices. Where required, applications provide applicable consent mechanisms before personalized advertising is shown.
Users may have additional choices regarding personalized advertising through Android or Google advertising settings. Google also provides privacy controls for its advertising services.
7. How We Use Information
Depending on the application and information involved, we may use information to:
- Provide application functionality.
- Perform security, cleaning, optimization, or analysis features.
- Maintain and improve our applications.
- Diagnose technical problems and improve stability.
- Display and measure advertising, where applicable.
- Respond to support requests.
- Communicate important service or security information.
- Prevent abuse and protect the security of our applications and services.
- Comply with legal obligations.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
Information may be shared with or processed by third parties when necessary to provide services used by a particular application. Depending on the application, these may include:
- Google AdMob: advertising and advertising measurement for applications that display advertisements.
- Google Play Services: Google/Android platform functionality where required.
- Google Play Billing: purchases, subscriptions, or premium features where an application uses Google Play Billing.
- Other service providers or SDKs: only where a particular application uses them and their processing is relevant to the application's functionality or disclosed data practices.
- Legal authorities: where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or other valid legal process.
Not every ZX Force Soft application uses all of these services. The applicable Google Play Data Safety section should be reviewed for the specific application.
9. Third-Party Services
Our applications may use third-party services to provide particular functionality. Examples include Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and Google Play Billing where applicable.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Google's Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Where a particular application uses an additional third-party library or service that processes user data, the applicable application's disclosures and Google Play Data Safety information will reflect its use.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by our applications and services. Where information is transmitted to our services or third-party service providers, appropriate security measures may be used, including encryption in transit where supported.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we continuously review our practices as our applications and security requirements evolve.
11. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide our services, maintain security, respond to support requests, resolve technical issues, or comply with legal obligations.
Information processed entirely on your device remains under your control through Android's storage and application-management controls. You may generally remove locally stored application data through Android's application settings or by uninstalling the application, subject to Android's normal operation.
Third-party services may retain information according to their own policies and retention practices.
12. GDPR — Rights for EU/EEA, UK and Swiss Users
Depending on applicable law, users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions may have rights concerning their personal information.
These rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

13. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under applicable California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act.
Depending on applicable law, these rights may include the right to know about personal information collected, request deletion or correction of certain personal information, and opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information.
ZX Force Soft does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Advertising providers such as Google AdMob may process information for advertising and measurement purposes according to their own policies and applicable privacy choices.

14. Children's Privacy
Our applications are not generally directed toward children under 13 unless an application specifically states otherwise, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at zxforceinfo@gmail.com. If we become aware of an impermissible collection of a child's personal information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
15. Your Choices
Depending on the application and your location, you may have choices concerning Android permissions, advertising personalization, privacy and advertising consent, notifications, locally stored application data, and support communications.
You can manage Android permissions through your device settings. For applications using Google AdMob, applicable advertising and consent choices may also be available through the application and Google's privacy or advertising controls.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our applications, services, third-party services, applicable laws or regulations, or Google Play and advertising requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
